Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product
  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date
  • Claims determined to be our error will be handled at our expense
  • Please submit a problem report if you notice any issues with your order

Return Process

Returns are processed through our print provider's facility. When a returned shipment is received, you will be notified via email. Please note:

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days
  • Returns should only be sent to the designated return facility
  • We cannot accept returns sent to any other address

Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods. Any returned orders containing such items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of properly.

Customer Returns

  • We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse
  • Size exchanges are not available
  • All prints are custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable unless damaged or defective

Notice for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Brazilian Customers

Customers residing in Brazil who regret their purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated to verify the product's condition. Refunds will not be possible if the product shows signs of use or damage.
